My name is Emma Morgan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Centre College and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds to aid them in processing difficult life events and ongoing problems. I believe counseling is a helpful avenue to gain self-awareness, learn coping skills, and improve stress management in order to focus more on personal values.
I am trained in the Prepare/Enrich program which is both an assessment and curriculum used for premarital and marital counseling. Prepare/Enrich uses couples’ assessment results to provide a deeper understanding of various couple dynamics while teaching skills to enhance the relationship.
